Hello, new to fixing these PC problems and was wondering if anyone could help me out. Basically when ever I right click computer and go to properties it says Windows Explorer has stopped working and then restarts Windows Explorer. Also when I use Run and then dxdiag, Microsoft DirectX Diagnostic Tool stops working as well. Was wondering if its a coincidence that they both stop working when viewing the same pages like PC specs or both different problems related to diferrent things.
I thought Windows Update would have a solution maybe a old version of something or an update that didn't go through or that I missed but even that stops working when I try to run it. That's a different problem all together but I was hoping someone can shed some light on this first step to solving all my PC's many issues.
